We recommend using 17Track, a trusted third-party platform that supports tracking for hundreds of carriers worldwide. It is free, easy to use, and provides real-time updates. - Enter Your Tracking Number
On the 17Track homepage, paste your tracking number into the search bar and click the “Track” button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display the latest status of your package, including location, transit milestones, and estimated delivery date. - Monitor Updates
You can revisit 17Track anytime to check for new updates. For added convenience, you may also download the 17Track mobile app (available for iOS and Android) to receive push notifications when your package status changes.
Alternative Tracking Options
If you prefer another service, PackageRadar and AfterShip are also excellent choices. Simply enter your tracking number on their websites, and they will provide similar detailed tracking information.
What to Do If You Have Issues
If you cannot find your tracking number, or if the tracking information does not update within 48 hours of receiving the shipment email, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We will investigate and get back to you promptly. Please include your order number in the email for faster assistance.

- Tracking numbers may take up to 24–48 hours to become active in the carrier’s system after shipment.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen delays.
- EderIzar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will do our best to help you resolve any issues.
