1. User Agreement

By accessing or using the EderIzar online store (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site. EderIzar reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access, data mining, or any form of automated data collection without express written consent from EderIzar.

2. Limitation of Liability

EderIzar provides all products and content on the Site "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EderIzar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased through it.

This limitation applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. In no event shall EderIzar's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, designs, and software, is the property of EderIzar or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission from EderIzar.

The EderIzar name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of EderIzar. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of the Site's content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and could result in legal action.

4. Refund Policy

EderIzar is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all refund requests.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For defective or incorrect items, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

EderIzar reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions. Sale items and final sale products are not eligible for refund unless defective.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EderIzar operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
