At EderIzar, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of Tops, Pants, and Skirts. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Footwear, accessories, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are processed only for items purchased directly from EderIzar.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to improper use or wear
  • Customized or altered products

How to Initiate a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in our return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. For further assistance, email [email protected].

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
